“What a disappointment. First, the photo of the bath house is not a fair representation, it's of a separate building seemingly inaccessible to the public. The main element in the water was chlorine, not much in the way of minerals. Facilities were antiquated. Pool was dirty on the bottom, signage was poor made worse by the indifferent and unhelpful staff. They made it plain that we were not welcome. Of all my many Viator excursions, this one was a big miss. Find a better bath house.”
