“Most memorable was arriving and not being able to get tickets. There was some trouble between tour operator and your system. Our receipt was there but could not activate tickets. One of your guest services ladies made a couple of calls and tried to help us, but to no avail. We managed to contact operator and did get the problem rectified over an hour later.
